THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I want to be a plastic surgeon and I absolutely love how your so good when it comes to what girls had done to their face or what else they should have done. I have learned a lot from you thru these years but I have to be honest when it comes to the Spanish Nanny. I had a hard time trying to figure it out what all she done to her face. As her whole face looks so different and she can’t possibly just had a nose job. So Nik how many procedures this chick done?

Ppl still get cheek implants? I thought most did injections/fillers now. I thought cheek implants look really bad, her cheeks look okay and not over done. I’d be surprised if they were implants.

Nik, it would be great if you could take some medical classes or go to school. Then volunteer to work in Plastic Surgery so you could know the art of making people beautiful. Spanish Nanny does not have cheek implants. She lost weight and knows how to position herself in self pics. Another thing that you have mentioned on another post is that you’re a fan of 450cc implants…not everyone can get the same size and achieve the same look. If I for instance got a 450 cc implant with the breast tissue I already have (c cup) I would have a HUGE E cup, but if my friend who is an A cup wanted to get a 450cc implant, she would be a big C cup. Everyone is different Nik and the “look” women are going for now is the natural. Rarely do women come in wanting to look fake. It’s DEAD! It’s OVER! The Pam Anderson look is long gone and cheap/ghetto looking. I know that’s what YOU perfer, so more power to you! I just hope someone reads this to do research to EDUCATE themself before making judgements or judges themself. There is sooo much to learn, and its not on The Dirty. Please people, do your research!
I was a C and got 450cc and I am now a small DD. You obviously don’t know what you are talking about or you’re exaggerating to make a point. Either way: fail.
No, the above “I Work for a Plastic Surgeon” is correct. I was a small C before (natural) and I have 550CC high profile Gummi Bears. I’m now a 34DD and my upper frame is really tiny. It’s all in the way your frame is, your chest cavity is (which no one can know or see that), and what style of implants you get. Dr. Fisher is the BEST!

She lost weight… about 10lbs, stopped tanning (it’s old,) changed her makeup (eyes especially,) hair color a few shades lighter, style more natural and not full of hair spray, plus learned how to position her face to take better pics. Botox and fillers is easy breezy, just go to a board certified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to get done. That’s all. Next will be her teeth, and then you’ll start to see her smile. I called it.
She needs to keep the sideburns. It gives another this to grab with all your might in addition to wrists, ankles, and boobs during missionary.

i think she looks very attractive after all the surgeries BUT how much do you hate yourself if you change up EVERYTHING from hair, complete face structure, teeth, boobs, ass, skin, nails – i’ve had 1 surgery (boobs) too and i already question changing myself – she must suffer from the lowest self-esteem possible – eventhough she looks beautiful, and no surgery can get rid of that!
Nose and chin job (no jaw work), eye lift (bad idea if you’re in your 20s), cheek fillers (nik you’re dumb for saying implants, nobody does that), lip injections, botox.

She did not get cheek implants, but she did have the inside of her cheeks lipoed. It achieves the same result but looks more natural.
I would hire Spanish nanny to join my family anytime. My wife says “no way”, but I’m sure I could talk her into it. I have the $ to support a super hot nanny and a pre-nup just in case. This girl has it all!
