If you understand the ethnic and cultural history of Chicago it all makes perfect sense. This city is truly one of the most segregated in the world, so when you see these types of people walking the streets they may look like aliens, but in their own neighborhoods they are completely normal. To them orange skin is a mark of beauty and ridiculous botched +2s are gorgeous. Chicago was never meant to be put on the national stage as a city of cosmopolitan beauty.
