THE DIRTY ARMY: Hey Nik! I have been a part of the dirty army for about 4 years now and I am so addicted. I finished school in December and have finally made the decision to reward myself with some +2s. I am 5’8″ and currently have A’s, which I am SO done with. I am tired of having to use Miracle Bras and want the real deal! I have an appointment with Dr. Cummings in Kinston, NC and have met with him to see what I could do. I opted for the silicone implants and under the muscle so I don’t get as much sagging and that awful rippled look. He also said he is going to go under the breast and make an incision as to not harm the nipple sensitivity. What I want to know is has anyone in the Dirty Army used him before or known anyone to do his work?

Eye soar? Their eyes are flying right out of their skulls at the sight of the offending under boob scar! The word is sore Nik. You’re a successful business man but these terminology and spelling errors are a bad look for you. Please hire a proofreader. Someone on your staff has to be capable of catching these grade school level mistakes.
Under the breast? Seriously? I can’t believe doctors still even do that. Armpit is the only way to go. What is the point of doing something to improve your appearance that leaves a scar, it is completley nonsensical. And Kitson, NC? Give me a break. If you can’t afford to fly to LA, NY, or Miami for proper surgery, then don’t bother. And don’t spend less than $8k or it will show. I have 400 cc Mentor high profile silicone gel through the armpit and they look completley natural.
Why do these quacks continue to offer under-the-tit and through-the-nipple jobs when through the armpit looks so much better!? Who likes to suck on scar tissue?

Cummings is ok….but come to Concord/Charlotte and see Dr David Klein at Renaissance Plastic Surgery or Dr Graper at Graper Plastic in Charlotte. I am a surgical sales rep and work with Plastics/General/OB/GYN surgeons across NC. Look at Allergan and Mentor’s websites….the 2 companies that make impants. Surgeons never suggest going through the armpit or the naval……because it calls for extra possibilities of post-surgical issues – delayed healing, infection, etc. Silicone makes torpedo breasts…..saline make for more natural looking breast. Every girl I have known like saline in a longer run than silicone.
And if you have to get another surgery because you want to go bigger or smaller, or have a complication, you’ll have to go under your boob anyways.

BREAST AUGMENTATION PROCEDURE

Breast augmentations or breast enhancements are the number one surgery performed by plastic surgeons across the country. The reason they are so popular is because our culture in America is very breast-oriented. Men see breasts on a woman as attractive and sexy. Women see attractive breasts as self-esteem building and also power. I once performed a breast augmentation on a female attorney and asked her what breast implants meant to her. Her reply was, “Now I can negotiate better.”
Modern breast augmentations have come a long way since they were invented in Houston, Texas in the early 1960’s. The quality of the implant has also improved tremendously. There are two basic types of implants – silicone and saline. Each has its purpose, and in the hands of a well trained, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, one or the other will be used correctly to get the best possible results. Breast implants are used for either purely cosmetic reasons or in breast reconstruction. I do not perform breast reconstruction, but we are fortunate in Hawaii to have several excellent reconstructive breast surgeons.
It is my opinion that you will get the best result from a surgeon who has an opinion. I personally like, not only surgeons, but people in general, who have a point of view. That way, it is easier for me to agree to disagree with them. Here is my point of view.
Implant Style or Variation:
I do not like anatomic or tear drop shaped breast implants because if they rotate, which sometimes they do, it gives a very strange breast shape. I do not use textured breast implants because I feel they do exactly what they are not supposed to do – lead to hard breasts. I believe round, smooth implants give the patient the consistently best breast augmentation in the short and long run. From 1991-2006 silicone breast implants were unavailable for breast aug except when done by an FDA investigator. Saline was the only implants that were used routinely at that time. Saline has many problems and it rarely is as good as silicone in cosmetic breast augmentation. In a thin-skinned woman with small breasts, silicone is always the implant of choice.
Incisions for Breast Augmentations:
Breast augmentations through the belly button is a bad idea. None of the Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Hawaii use this technique. The results are very unpredictable and uncontrollable, and implants can only be placed on top of the muscle.
Incisions in the crease at the bottom of the breast, called inframammary incisions, leave an unacceptable scar and should only be used in very unusual circumstances for cosmetic breast enhancement. Incisions at the edge of the areola are acceptable, especially for redo’s, but they can leave a scar on the breast. Any visible scar takes away from the beauty or aesthetic appearance of the breast.
Transaxillary incisions (incisions in the armpit) are my favorite route of entry for breast augmentations for the following reasons: (a) armpit scars tend to be very thin and fine because the lower part of the skin, the dermis is thin, and, in general, the thinner the dermis, the finer the scar as long as it is sewn up correctly; (b) no one, not even your mother, has ever intentionally looked into your armpits.
Your dumb don’t get the implants you will look just as used up as niks wife if you do that.
More complications with armpit and bellybutton inision. The scar under the boob is really had to notice and fades away. Yes, JWow has a bad scar, but not all are like that. Mine are hardly noticable unless I lift my boob to a weird angle and point them out. Also, if you ever have another boob job you will have to go under regardless. Nipple scars and under boob are the best way to go.

I did under the muscle silicone. My scars are barely noticeable unless i lift the boob up and point the scar out. Mine are silicone too. I love the fact that my bf couldn’t tell if my boobs were real or fake. Definetly worth the $8.5k
It really depends on who you go to. That and don’t go from an A to a DDD.. in those cases there’s not enough tissue and that will look horrid
I third this! I went under and the scars are so fine (and faded) that you have to look pretty hard to see them. I also did silicone, but over the muscle. I’ve had mine for 6 years now and still love them!! Will go bigger in a year or so though

I’d also like to know who’s commenting about certain entries, under boob or armpit, whether they’re men or women. I think it depends on how you take care of your new breasts after the procedure is the biggie. Like did the chick they saw who had disgusting scars, if she put anything on the incisions once they heal a bit or not. My friend was told to use vitamin e caplets. Burst them open and apply the vitamin E to the incision and there will be less noticeable scarring.
I’m hearing so many different opinions here its hard to decide who’s right and who is wrong.
I know men don’t have implants and most likely don’t know how to take care of anything related to them. They just look at them, with a magnifying glass it seems. So I’d take their opinions with a grain of salt. Cept, when you post anonymously, who knows what sex you are. Don’t be chickenshits already and use a damn user name already.
Then Nik goes and confuzzles further by saying pit scars were gross. We all know how picky that man is about clean pits.
Vitamin e is great for scars and wrinkles. It’s easier to just buy pure vitamin e oil though, no caplet breaking that way. Plus the caplets are hella expensive and harder to find.
Many thanks, my girlfriend just had the caplets, she puts it on her face at night, so I’ll definitely let her know of the pure kind. She does get annoyed at busting caplets every night.
She’s contemplating breast surgery because she’s a teeny B. Her current boyfriend is fine with her boobs, I think they’re fine. She’s not having kids, so they’ve stayed nice and perky. I keep telling her to quit smoking and she’ll be perfect.
But I’m trying to find CORRECT info for her so she doesn’t screw her body up. I’m also thinking about it. But Nik is right about one thing, nose first. Which should be free as I’ve got a deviated septum from running full force into a door, lol So far, I gather under the boob, take special care of incision and under the muscle.
Now its just silicone or saline. I don’t believe you need to fly anywhere special if you do a lot of research. Great surgeons are everywhere, it’s finding them that’s the tough part. And finding more than one, and talk to all of them.
Over the muscle is the best!!!!!

My best friend went to Cummings in Kinston and her boobs look fantastic! You can’t even see her scar anymore and it’s barely 2 months post op.
I prefer natural breasts over fake, even if they are smaller. If you absolutely must get bolt ons, going from an A cup a B would look good on you, don’t go bigger than a small C
Every girl i know who has had them done through the armpit has the BIGGEST REFUND GAPS!!! seriously. Under the Boob? who cares.. it’s not like anyone even really sees the scarring there? and nipples… too risky, they are usually always lopsided or no feeling after/half feeling and your nipples get larger. I say under the boob!
You can still lose sensation with an under-the-boob incision…..just saying.
Girl I know you posted this a couple months ago and if you haven’t done it ready don’t go to that dr. I have a lot of friends who are strippers and the ones that went to him have had problems. Every kind you can imagine. Also, idk if its true or not bit I heard that several yrs ago he lost his ability to prescribe narcotics. This is easy enough to look up though. Go to Raleigh or even better, Atlanta to have them done
