if your a known sex offender then you have to make your neighbours aware, it has been that way for many years as anyone would want to and have a right to know if they are living near someone who is a potential danger/threat to them or their kids. Maybe read a little on the law, rights and responsibilities of citizens and criminals and you would learn that. If this is your friend than maybe it would be in your best interest to get a new friend as you are now guilty by association. The fact that he has so many people defending him yet he’s guilty is disgusting and stomach turning and you as his friend should be ashamed of yourself.
