My girlfriends and I were having a girls wine night and we decided to troll Elvira because that’s what we girls do stalk beautiful women haha. Anyway, we noticed her 3rd nose job wasn’t all that. Check out the tip of her nose Nik. We thought we would asked you if Elvira should go round 4 on that honker?

It looks like she’s desperately trying to emulate one or more of Megan Fox’s post surgery looks. Although maybe that’s a good thing since it seems Megan is morphing into a wax figure of Angelina Jolie one surgery at a time. But Elvira is ruining that original hotness she paid so much to achieve. It had to be strange to look in the mirror and constantly see a different image staring back.

Show her before-before pictures, before any of the surgery/fitness regimens started – it is by far one of the most radical transformations I think I’ve ever seen. She was BELOW average, which is probably how she still feels, and views herself to some extent. Ugly duckling obsessed with self-improvement.

A big Lol at people who go through pictures of ppl they dont even know and dissect their flaws and try to say they need plastic surgery. Give me a break, she doesn’t NEED any surgery, and neither do most girls on this site….excessive plastic surgery disgusts me. People are actually saying she should get surgery to FIX the previous botched surgery. She’s not exactly a virgin in the plastic surgery field. She used to have a nice nose now she has a Greek dude’s nose. Also her breasts are deflated. She is not ugly but she used to be smoking, now she’s just okay.
Totally agreed on the first sentiment, respectfully disagreeing on the last part. This girl has already had extremely excessive plastic surgery. Every feature. Some features more than once. The majority of women who turn out looking like clowns… believe it or not, that’s usually exactly the look they were trying to achieve.
