I Need My Nose Done
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik.. I love you, and your taste in women, and your site. I’ve been a fan of your site since the Scottsdale days. I’m taking your advice and getting a nose job. I live in the Las Vegas area but am willing to travel to CA or AZ. I have no idea who to go to. I’m terrified of getting a botch nose job. I have my +2′s and I just started taking GCBx. I’ll post before and after photos when I reach my weight goal. I want that ITG. You change lives. Please help me find a doctor!
My favorite nose guy is Dr. Garth Fisher on the west coast. I have never met the guy or even know him, but I have slept with his work in the past and I throughly enjoyed it.- nik

I agree Dr. Garth Fischer is the best surgeon. He did my +2s and a friends +2s and her nose. Her nose looks perfect as do both our racks. Go to LA, it’s worth every penny and he is a little more expensive than others.

Nick.. I looked at his work. Not good .. the nostril are WAY too lifted and you can totally tell, it doesnt look natural. Sorry hun but youre wrong on this one.
Megan Fox has the worst skin.
Most female celebs do. I used to do extra work for movies and every female actress I saw had terrible skin and even though they had tons of makeup caked on you could still see the enlarged pores, acne, wrinkles and imperfections. I had a short convo with Amy Smart who used to be a spokesmodel for CoverGirl and her skin was like a braille book. On tv and in pics they all look perfect because of proper lighting and airbrushing.
Dr Raj Kanodia in Bev Hills. he only does noses and nothing else and he is a master. Google him and see. i have seen him and his work and know him. i spent a month checking out doctors. you cant go wrong with someone who is so good he does not even do anything else.
The only advice I can offer is don’t go to Toriumi in Chicago. Real helpful, huh? Ha. I want to go to Ghavami for a revision ever since seeing what he did for Joselyn Cano…
O and do not go to dr Tobias in NYC/NJ!! He’s awful!! Way to conservative minimal difference. What about dr Davis in Florida? He looks good. Checking out Fletcher now…

Do NOT listen to any of these fools on here. The BEST doctor who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty (which translates to: ALL noses) is DR. ASHKAN GHAVAMI. Seriously. Natural. As a matter of fact he did the “spanish nanny” that Nik loves to post about.
Actually you can thank dr. ghavami for spanish nanny b/c he completely changed her whole body and face. Go to his ‘surgery photos’ under rhinoplasty. She’s there.
Do NOT go to these quacks. They will butcher your face. Dr. Ghavami will actually give you the nose that’s perfect FOR YOU, your face, etc. He makes what you have, better.
Totally agree! Dr ghavami just did my nose and its perfect . I flew from Vegas to see him. He was worth every penn.y. It’s still swollen and I’m already getting hundreds of compliments on what he’s done.
Dr Kanodia and Dr Fisher are probably the best choices for rhinoplasty. Consult with both and go with who you feel more comfortable with. Either way, you’re in good hands
Dr.Sam Rizk in NYC. He’s not in the west coast obviously, but he’s the #1 nose surgeon in the country. Look at his work, and you’ll see why. He does complete transformations on people and if you want to have a celebrity nose, he’s the one to go to. Worth the travel and the money.
No way… Dr Burr Von Maur did my nose and it looks amazing. I don’t look like I had a nose job, he just made it look 100x better. He is in Newport, CA. He works in the same office as Dr michael Niccole. They both are ENTs (ear nose and throat doctors) so they know their shit. i am a frequent flier at Dr Von Maur’s office for a reason…
Lol that second pic is a completely diff angle, nose is actually the same. And yes East Coast doctors do much better and natural looking work.
Finally!!! Thanks nik! That Florida guy u gave me specializes in boobs- I have those already!! Need a second nose! Ill report back once I get the sd to cover it.

Dr Simoni in beverly hills did my nose and I love it. Super natural and he is a specialist in noses, his portfolio is consistantly great and does work to fit your face. Such a good dr!
Check out dr. Amir karams site. He only works on faces and is the best of the best. He did my boyfriends nose job. He is in Carmel valley
