I dated Luis the liar barragan in high school. I think he moved out of emporia because all the locals in town know what kind of scum he is. He cheated on me the entire time we were together. He really let himself go. The girl is right he is fatter now then in his pictures. He comes back to town and I catch him in 707 picking up on the college girls that don’t know him.
