THE DIRTY ARMY: Hello Nik, most girls judge you for your comments. I, however, have taken it upon myself to get motivated and let your words/critiscm to help me look/feel better. I have just joined the gym and I weigh about 120lbs at my heaviest. I would like to lose those 20 lbs. I have no ITG-what machine do you suggest I use to get this? I also have that stubborn lower belly fat, no idea what I should do to lose that. I’m extremly motivated and I know I can do this by summertime. As far as meals go, I know I need to change my eating habits, what would you recommend? I just became a vegetarian so hope this helps. After I get the results I want I would like to get +2′s, some lip injections etc, but all in its time. The pic is obv not me but I’d love to look like her! Thanks Nik!

Stop focussing on a number on the scale and obsessing over your imperfections. Everyone has them and the right person will find them attractive. Focus on being healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.

It sounds like the poster is very insecure and needs to work on their “self esteem” issues and by fixating on their weight and outer appearance is placing her focus on the outer person which even if she reaches her goals she will never be happy. Why are you so focused on becoming someone else? You sound like you are having some mental issues. And you can’t get ITG from the thigh machine at the gym and 15 minutes of cardio, more like an hour of cardio a day plus lots of pilates and yoga. It will take lots of work to achieve this goal and no pill taken will fix this. Get toned and fit and you will feel amazing and won’t need to be like someone else.. Or just go get a shit ton of lipo.. lol

I am 5 6′ and a 120 pounds, I use to be 110 pounds about a year ago and people always told me how sick I looked at that weight. I was always being asked if I was “ok” because I was so thin, even my manager was concerned. I only got to that weight because I worked full time and went to school full time, so I was always on my feet. Point being, 100 pounds is tiny! It’s not attractive if you’re over 5 feet tall. I felt like people assumed I had an eating disorder and I am happy to put back on a little weight, don’t be fooled by a false “ideal” body type that is promoted on this site. It’s not about a size, it’s about being healthy.
Nick, you really should not be giving fitness advice. That machine is crap and if it did anything it would hinder itg by adding more muscle to the inner thigh. Squats are the ultimate leg sculpter and girls who want to be lean should be doing hiit style cardio not liss style. Also no supplement is better than a clean organic whole food diet. Stick to what you know brother, or hire me as you dirty finess consultant lol.
Your body is probably going to fight you like hell on that last 10lbs if you’re anywhere near an average height. 100lbs is very low. That being said, if you restrict to about 800-900 calories every single day you should be able to make it by summertime. The ap “ShapeUp” is great for finding out exactly… Personally, I like eating, so 15 minutes of cardio doesn’t suffice for me. The more you work out, the more you can eat. Anyway, good luck with everything, girl.

How in God’s name does becoming a vegetarian help you lose weight? Adding lean chicken breast and fish helped me lose 20 lbs.
Wanna know what works 100% guaranteed? I’ll let you in on the secret.. It’s called stop eating junk and get your ass in the gym and be consistent with BOTH.

Depending on her height, 100lbs isn’t really disgusting. My daughter, 18, is about 5’4″ and she just now made 100lbs. I never was over 100lbs before babies. I had a hella bony ass, but otherwise looked fine. I didn’t eat good for you foods but I walked everywhere, or biked.
After babies I had to actually give a shit. Water is your best friend, sugar is your mortal enemy. Cardio, that’s your friend for life. Like it or not, cheat pills aren’t a long term solution. To lose it and keep it off, you have to eat healthy. I like to eat several small meals throughout the day. Grazing really. To lose 90 min of cardio at least 5days per week. You can split that 30/30/30 minute intervals doing a different method of cardio to switch it up. Boredom is the main reason people stop working out. Once you’ve established a workout routine and stick with it for a couple weeks, you’ll feel like shit til you do it.

You shouldn’t be giving anyone any advice on how to diet or work out without seeing they’re body first hand and noting the right areas to target. Im sure all of you are ‘fitness gurus’ on here but the only thing you should do is refer to your doctor to see if losing that weight is even beneficial. You can hurt your body doing the wrong work outs the wrong way. Losing weight isn’t always what’s right for your body. Use your head and don’t listen to morons with a bachelors in health and wellness.
You have to burn more cals. than you eat. If you eat 1200 a day then work out and burn 600 to 800 its around an hour on a bike and an hour jogging or stepper. also drink lots of water. I did this for a year I lost 80lbs…
Nik you clearly never see the inside of a gym so stop trying to give out exercise advice. The ITG has a lot to do with a women’s natural body shape and bone structure. Obviously if your hips are further apart it is going to be easier to achieve. Plenty of women who lift weights and spend time in the gym don’t have much of an ITG due to muscle (which give me toned legs any day over thin scrawny ones)
Nik is horrible for fitness advice.
You need to go to the gym and do cardio at least 3x a week for 45 minutes. You need to sweat and put effort into it, not just sludge through it never sweating. If you can lift weights even better.. and no you don’t become buff like an Amazon unless you eat like a powerlifter.
I repeat: SPOT REDUCTION IS A MYTH. IT DOES NOT EXIST DAMNIT.
Stop eating crap. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, lean meat etc. Never starve yourself.

Agreed! Coming from someone obsessed with image and taking care of myself, 15 minutes of cardio daily doesn’t do anything. If you’re serious about it and want to look hot, 45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week is the minimum! I personally go 30-60 minutes a day 7 days a week (not necessary but it doesn’t hurt
)That paired with weight training (use the machines, it’s easier) and a healthy diet with fruits, veggies, tiny amount of healthy fats, whole grains and high protein at each meal = your best bet. Unless you can start something you can do for the rest of your life, it’s not worth it and doesn’t work which is why starving yourself is a terrible idea.

Im going to order the pills and before I take them I will send in a before, after my gym routine(hip aductor) cardio, and the pills along with good eating I will send in my after. I was googleling “how to get rid of inner thigh fat” and “how to reduce ITG” and “the hip abductor machine” etc. until I came across prosthetic legs and thought to myself “damn, I least I’m healthy and have legs”!!! I woke up eventually…
No one should every take advice from this dumbass. To tone up the muscles of the inner thigh you need to work on hip ADDUCTION, not ABDUCTION. Try the machine where you bring your legs together against weight or lay on your side and lift the bottom leg up in the air.
I am 5’4 as well and weigh 125lbs and think my body is perfect. I would never want to be 100lbs. That’s disgusting!
