THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, feel free to answer this on your show or the site or not at all lol. How does Fake Equis set these weekends up and how much does he (his pops) pay? I mean I make really good money but I’m pretty sure I couldn’t afford to make that happen. What do you think the final bill was after flight, house, food/drink/pepsi and pay for play? I’m thinking it was at least 15-20K minimum. Thoughts? Also could you get Fake Equis on your show to explain his lifestyle and what he does or does he “hate” you?

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik - I was at AV nightclub and ordered a Dom P Mag — waitress told me they only had Ace left in the house, and would upgrade me for free. I was very happy. This club is dope!!! Right? WRONG.

They bring out the receipt first, FINGER PRINT ME ON THE RECEIPT TWICE – have me sign — and then I realize they CHARGED ME FOR THE ACE PRICE!!?? They did it so quick and like kinda forced me into it. Weird.

They bring the bottle — and then I contact the waitress to tell her there is an issue, after I rechecked the menu price….. I tell her, and she leaves. She comes back with some stupid story – I don’t even remember what she was saying — anyway, I pitch a fit — and then 5 mins later, OUT COMES JAYDE NICOLE! LOL!

She gets in my face all sexy and starts explaining to me how its such a great deal that I am getting ACE at a reduced price, etc etc etc… So I was barking back cause I am a man of principal – she then gets an out of control attitude and storms off. The waitress comes back 10 mins later and is begging me to pay the full price otherwise they are going to CHARGE HER THE EXCESS SINCE SHE MADE AN ERROR! Basically crying to me, begging me…..

Nik! Can you believe this? I tell her, I don’t care. It’s her problem. They come out with correct receipt (+ the retarded venue fee) — I then sign, pick up and leave. I WOULD HAVE ORDERED 5 more Ace bottles once I was drunk too! IDIOTS! Then out front, Jayde see’s me get into my Escalade with my hot ass Asian hoe – and you should have seen the look on her face!!! LMAO!!

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I was a friend of Tosh Berman and I want to set the record straight so there is no confusion as to who Tosh Berman really is. Tosh gets his money from his father, Steven Berman. Steve Berman was the largest producer and distributor of Marijuana on the entire east coast in the late 70′s and early 80′s. His father got mega busted, and was sentenced to 12 years probation (if I remember correctly). The governmentt seized a lot of his holdings and cash, but he had hidden some away in Mexico. His father lives there in a massive $9M mansion. They also own a lot of land and beach property in Cabo. Most of it is in Tosh Berman’s name, just in case his father gets in any kind of trouble again. Tosh has two younger half-brothers named Kaz and Seth. Their mother is a black woman in San Diego; she’s an addict and alcoholic. Tosh Berman would double charge people on a big night at AV in Hollywood, charging twice for the gratuity and never refunded customers. He took investment money, we are talking almost $500k, from people into Pink Kitty and Flavor restaurant in Cabo. He never returned shares or paid investors back. Tosh has zero friends now. He uses people and when he can’t get anything else from them, he erases them from his memory. The only reason he is actually dating Jayde Nicole is because he thinks she can make him famous, he thinks she is famous (cmon), and he stays with her at her apt in LA for free. THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, this might sound crazy and completely off base but I have to ask you. A couple months ago my buddies and I took a trip down to Cabo. Fishing, booze and skirts. So during FBS we met a group of hot Scottsdale girls who graduated from ASU and of course work in the nightlife scene as cocktail servers until the figure out their path. We hung out with these skirts for 3 days and got to know them really well. When they said they were from Scottsdale I asked them if they have heard of TheDirty.com. This is where you made our trip Nik, as if us gentlemen didn’t worship you enough once we heard this story you became immortal. So the hotter girl of the group said she knew you personally. She claimed when she was a sophomore you guys got drunk one night at some club and you invited her back to your place Optimus or something. She told us you made her get naked and do 360′s inspecting her body and every time she tried to touch you you pushed her away. She kept pausing while telling us like she was getting emotional and at this point my boys and I were getting boners. Something about a hot chick telling a sex story in her bikini. Anyway she tells us you walked her into your bathroom naked and watched her take a cold shower just staring at her body, not talking. She said she was so turned on at this point she was shaking. She said you turned off the shower and refused to give her a towel then directed her to the toilet and watched her shake and requested that she pee. She said you told her once she peed you would give her a towel and she was literally freezing. As she’s telling us she is acting out the shaking and we’re all seeing booby shake, thank you Nik. Now this is where she breaks down a bit and she claims as she was peeing you moved the wet hair out of her face and just stared into her eyes and all you could hear was pee hitting the toilet water. She said once she was done you gave her a towel made her stand up and move to the side as you looked at the color of the pee. She said you made her bend down on her knees and smell the pee with you. At this point she stopped telling the story and we had to force it out of her 2 shots and 20 minutes later. She said after you guys smelled the pee you told her to put her clothes back on because she was not “healthy” and you made her leave. No sex no nothing. I asked her if you were joking with her and she said no she was crying as she left and that you recommended that she change her daily diet. The story was amazing Nik and poor girl was a smoke show and refused to have sex with any of us. Who knows if she has had sex since. The way she told the story was so intense it was like therapeutic for her. So Mr. Richie if this really happen I thank you because you made our FBS amazing.
