THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I totally agree with you when it comes to getting your nose done before +2′s.  I’m a 19 year old girl and in need of a nose job bad.  I’m going to get that done and then work on the rest of my body.  Elvira’s nose is perfect, the first pic is before she got it done and you can see the total improvement it did for her.  I need some advice on when it comes to finding the right plastic surgeon.  I don’t want just anybody messing with my face.  How do I find the best doctor for my procedure?  Any advice?

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I wanted to ask you about Elvira.  In the past year, I feel like she has completely changed her look to be more professional, mature and for people to take her more serious.  Personally I totally do, I feel like she has grown into a woman that is about business and nothing else.  What are your thoughts on this and do you like her “mature look”?

She shouldn’t of removed her cheek implants, it makes her nose look too lengthy.- nik

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, being DA strong since the beginning, I have seen Elvira go from an ugly duckling and transforming into such a beautiful woman after all the surgeries she had.  At one point, she was perfect.  But the last year or so, it seems like her looks have changed and not sure if I like what direction she is heading in.  Wanted to see what you think.

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I just started following Elvira on IG and I’m truly disappointed.  I added a picture of her from four years ago when you had her. She was in her prime back then. BASTARD! Now here is a pic she just posted.  Dude, please tell me what the hell is going on?  She has completely fallen off and nothing like she use to be.  What the hell happened?

She re-did her nose and it aged her whole face (also, her hairline sucks now).- nik
