THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, these are the jeans that I’m trying to fit back into. The first two weeks that I was on Cellan I changed my diet (water only, no fast food, no alcohol) and lost 5 pounds. I just started working out and you might not be able to tell but my stomach is definitely getting toning up, I just have to lose that stupid tire around my waist lol. Confirmed via his Twitter account earlier this month Mr. Fake’s email account was compromised and after notoriety from none other then yours truly I was sourced email correspondences between Mr. Fake and his Seattle based attorney Robert Shapiro. Sources close to Mr. Fake confirmed pending litigation against his former employer and obtained exclusively in an affidavit submitted to his attorney Mr. Fake is citing “wrongful termination, harassment” as well as numerous “ethics and regulatory compliance violations” during his employment with the company. With the affidavit submitted to his attorney were tarnishing company emails as well as pictures and videos from salons that contradict their commitment of “excellence and quality with every visit” as stated on their corporate website. Mr. Fake’s attorney Robert Shapiro was contacted and asked to comment on any pending litigation and had this to say: “Unfortunately earlier this month my clients email account was hacked and attorney/client privileged information compromised.” When asked on specifics of the litigation Shapiro had this to say “It is in the best interest of my client at this time not to disclose specifics of any pending litigation.” Additionally complaints with The Texas Work Force Commission, Occupational Safety Health Administration, National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and The Texas Department of Health were all included with the affidavit expected to be filed by his attorney in a Harris Country District Courthouse very soon. Nothing was found online with The Office of The Harris County Districts Clerks Office yet. Darque Tan was contacted multiple times and was unable to comment. They say our most dangerous of enemies are the ones we never knew we had and nothing says January like a brand new Cold War. Stay tuned.
