THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I stumbled upon Seeking Arrangement about 6 years ago, when I was 18 (yes, it’s been around that long). I was a freshman in college, which was attended by many people that came from money. Girls showed up to class with expensive Chanel bags, and seeing brand new Porsches parked outside school buildings was the norm. I come from a normal, working class background and was super jealous and wanted to be like them. Seeking Arrangement popped up as a banner ad, and I clicked out of curiosity. The first guy I met was a normal, lonely middle aged guy that worked for Fidelity. We hung out for about an hour, and I made $300. What a freakin’ score in my mind, and I became hooked on the fast, easy money. Over the course of the next 3 years, I was raking it in. I met two legit, wealthy guys that gave me a lot of money and helped finance trips, bags, clothes, and a luxury lifestyle. I also saw others on the side. I knew how to play these guys like a violin, knowing exactly what to say, and playing up the struggling college student card. Some of the things I did made me want to puke, but I did it all with those designer sunglasses that I would purchase the next day in the forefront of my mind. When I sat down one day and estimated how much money I made, it came to about $300,000, enough to have bought a house at the age of 21. Instead, it all went towards Ed Hardy clothes, fake boobs, Fendi bags, and now broken sunglasses. I decided to attend law school after college, and had about $30,000 saved at the time. During that time I met an amazing guy whom I told about my past. He helped wean me off of the drug I was addicted to- Seeking Arrangement. Yes, it’s like a drug- getting that money and thinking about you are going to buy with it is so intoxicating. You buy your sh*t the next day, feel crappy, but then start craving the easy high soon again later. It’s a vicious cycle. I’ve been “sober” for about 3 years now, and am about to graduate law school soon. While I do not regret what I did because it helped put me in a position to attend law school and taught me a lot about life, men, and myself, there are still deep emotional scars that will never heal. Being used solely for a man’s pleasure in exchange for some quick cash kills your soul. Maybe not right away, but years of accumulation causes you to crash after a while, as I did. Girls, there is NOTHING wrong with finding a guy with money that loves and respects you, but stay away from pay for play. Go to college and make a five year plan. Do not let these posts or stories of girls make you feel like you are missing out. Feel free to post my email address. I’d be happy to respond open and honestly to questions about the sugar baby lifestyle. There’s a lot more to say than what I posted, but wanted to keep it concise.
