Abraham Anhang: A Man who ruined his son’s marriage and life

THE DIRTY ARMY: Abraham Anhang, a disbarred Winnipeg lawyer, managed to ruin his son’s marriage, possibly resulting with his son’s murder 13 years ago. The son’s wife is now on trial in the U.S., after another man has been wrongly convicted (and now released) in this high profile case. Abraham, a traditional Jew who is now a retired real estate developer, raised his son Adam in River Heights, Winnipeg. The son grew up to become the founder of a successful internet gambling company, with suspected connections to the mob. The son also loved the good life, and fell for a beauty queen from Puerto Rico. They got married after she has willingly signed a prenuptial agreement, and they seemed happy together. But Abraham was never happy for them.

In fact, he hated his son’s wife for not being of the Jewish faith, and was obsessed with the idea that this woman is with his son only for the money. Abraham has then put a lot of pressure on his son, and the son eventually petitioned for divorce without really wanting to. Shortly after, the son was murdered, and while it certainly looked like a violent robbery, Abraham kept on blaming – for years now- the son’s wife. Since then, regardless of evidence indicating that the woman loved his son and was herself a victim of that violent robbery, the hateful Abraham is on a holy mission to destroy her life. In order to do so, Abraham hired an army of private detectives and lawyers to harass this simple woman (and her family), take away any (little) money she ever had, and blame the murder on her (even if the FBI is of a different opinion). The outcome of the woman’s (now pending) trial remains to be seen. Regardless, it is so sad to see how this controlling and paranoid father managed to ruin his son’s marriage and life, and even more so how he afterwards turned against all those that the son actually loved in his life. Too late now, but if only someone would have taught Abraham, when he himself grew up, that faith should not matter when two are in love, and that money is no more than dirty paper…

Terrible article, shameful to blame the victim! This woman , her sister and brother in law were found guilty in a US federal courtroom. The verdict was Unanimous! That’s the truth and not a hateful, disgusting rumor as this one. You will rot in hell for saying such horrible things about a grieving father! FYI – Adam was my friend and none of his friends were invited to that sham of a wedding and they were NOT happy together. She was an escort and ran around with drug dealers. Read a bit about the case before writing such garbage!

Hi – I’m so sorry about the loss of your friend Adam. I’m from Puerto Rico and I worked with the girlfriend of Charvel back in 2008 and we all used to hang out together. I did see him snorting pepsi. I did not understand the case at all, actually only now in 2019 I’m starting to pay attention. But my mom is Jewish and I remember them insisting that Charvel was Jewish although he couldn’t really explain where his family came from, which I thought was suspicious and then I invited him to my parents for Shabbat but he never came. This is so gross, so they’re not Jewish at all? I am now reading online about the case and I feel nauseous. Pretending to be Jewish to get away with murder. How low.

Poorly written, bad grammar, unsubstantiated rumours. Typical pathetic crap on an unprofessional website.

She is guilty – case closed. The father knew from the onset that Aurea, the dead son’s widow, was a succubus.

He was not even invited to his son’s wedding, at the time.

A man who was lucky enough to be born before his son…
This fellow, Abe, inherated millions following the mentioned tragedy.
Money should have gone to charity, to help families effected by gambling addiction.
Or to this or another local Synagogue.
    I’m just saying…
