Remember that teacher from Florida said Texas deserved Harvey because we voted for Trump……

We already did. I appreciated the helicopter rescues in Huston. Hopefully we won’t need that here. If we do people will probably need to be rescued from the balcony of a hi rise condo on Biscayne bay.

Nik, long time follower of your site.
I am currently evacuated from Aransas Pass. Have not been able to go home, except to see our house..or what’s left of it, actually. We’ve been in a hotel since Aug 25th..still no idea when we can go home. We have no power, water, or sewage systems. Rockport and Aransas Pass, along with The Island, Port Aransas took the brunt of the eye of Harvey when it made landfall as a Category 4. Please, don’t forget us..we may not be a metropolis like Houston, but we are hurting, too. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.. 90 percent of Rockport and Aransas Pass is a loss.. Port A is 100 percent loss. Our little towns WILL rebuild..it will take us years to recover, but we are strong and Texas Tough.
    Thanks, Nik.
I truly pray that Irma takes a turn and does not do to Florida what Harvey has done to Texas.
