Monster Energy Sued — Executive Bites Sara Rabuse Finger
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, so Sara Rabuse (of Outlaw Cosmetics) and Brent Hamilton (of Monster energy) were scheduled to attend the 2016 CMA awards (Country Music Awards) in Nashville, TN. Brent Hamilton, head of Music Marketing for Monster Energy, was there to support Monster signed country artist Cole Swindell, who was nominated for a 2016 CMA award.
Sara Rabuse, owner of Outlaw Cosmetics, who was Hamilton’s girlfriend, flew out to the event upon Hamilton’s request. Within 2 hours of her arrival, Hamilton, who was intoxicated, attacked Rabuse in the hotel room at Loews Vanderbilt, Nashville. He struck her, pulled her hair, choked her, and tried to bite her thumb off. She was hospitalized for 24 hours because her thumb was badly infected with cellulitis and doctors feared potential amputation of her thumb.
Considering she works with her hands every day, losing a thumb is detrimental to her career. Brent is facing felony charges and has hired Tennessee based power attorney Peter Strianse. Monster knows Brent has a drinking problem and allows him to regularly expense substantial amounts of alcoholic beverages. Monster posted on their job board hiring for a similar position as Hamilton’s, that would specifically deal with female relations and female artists. Rabuse is also suing Moster Energy for damages.
Looks like a paper cut to me.- nik
