Removal request- Courtesy removal For Julianne Zelov

THE DIRTY ARMY:  Nik- I’m writing you this message in hopes that I might be able to have you remove a post that I submitted on March 23, 2012. I wrote the post as an act of revenge during a very bad argument between a friend and myself. Most of that post includes very inaccurate and exaggerated information. The name of the person I wrote the post about is Julianne Zelov and appears in the archive of the posts for Tucson, AZ. This post has continued to negatively impact the life of the person I wrote it about. The post has been used against her during court proceedings and other things of that nature.

When I wrote the post I was being extremely immature and it was an act of revenge. I feel extremely guilty for what I did and want to see if you might remove the post for me, as I was the person who submitted it. The name of the post is “Dirty Slore of Tucson.” The link to the post is here.

I would like to be able to have it removed for Julianne so that she is able to start a clean slate and it not be able to be found via search engines so she is able to help better the lives of herself and her children. I didn’t think when I submitted that post that it would still be up all these years later and still be negatively impacting her life. I didn’t realize by my exaggerating the truth and telling inaccurate information that it would have the impact on her life that it does and that it would cause issues with her obtaining employment.

Additionally, since my maiden name is directly mentioned in the comments, it also negatively has been impacting my life as well. I would very much appreciate if you could please remove the post. I feel like the only way for Julianne and myself to move forward with our lives is to have it removed and for us to be able to move past that horrible part of our lives. I was very young and didn’t realize the impact this would have for years to come.

There is no such thing as a ‘clean slate’. What does the Dirty Jury think? 1 stays, 2 hard delete.- nik

It sounds like this person is the one in the post, not the one who posted it. I say leave it up

Everyone should have a chance at redemption, especially if they are doing everything in their power to right the wrongs of the past.

My vote is for 2, Hard Delete.

  3. HahaDecember 7, 2017 at 7:18 PM

Haha nik I think you should keep it. Even though the OP basically admitted that it was slander on her part. But they are right she was arrested on false pretenses so none of it matters. She’s a piece of poop

  4. EgoNovember 24, 2017 at 7:04 AM

1 keep it. A clean slate won’t help her as she has an assault with intent to injure charge against her (and in a Circle K of all places).

And you know this how? Haha

2 let’s remove it anyone who puts the time it to request it with this much detail deserves it plus I agree the person who posted it deserves to deal with the repercussions but not the person who it’s about !

11111111111111111 IT SHOULD STAY! This is the exact problem in America (see comments below). Everyone feels entitled to a second chance- this isn’t a bad GPA in college bc you were too busy partying- this is a horrible, MEAN and stupid decision you made to take someone down. There are concequenses to your actions- some things, you can’t take back. There IS a point of no return. Nik, don’t get soft here, people play, they pay. Here’s a fun quote to remember, “say it and forget it, write it and regret it.”

  22. Rickrude69October 29, 2017 at 7:51 AM

    2, asshole.

No clean slate for you, Nik, but others you’ve ruined might have a chance.

  23. LinaOctober 29, 2017 at 3:13 AM

People grow up and make positive changes in their lives. Let’s keep the positivity going for.
