Donald Trump Claims North Korea Is Looking For Trouble
Just when we commentated how President Donald Trump seemed to be keeping things relatively tame on Twitter, he took to his favorite social media this morning to comment on North Korea.
“I explained to the President of China that a trade deal with the U.S. will be far better for them if they solve the North Korean problem!” Trump tweeted.
While that wasn’t an awful tweet, his next one took on North Korea more directly, noting that, “North Korea is looking for trouble. If China decides to help, that would be great. If not, we will solve the problem without them! U.S.A.”
Nothing like starting off a Tuesday morning with calling out the country led by the frightening Kim Jong-un.
The Korean Central News Agency released a statement from North Korea’s foreign ministry, claiming that, “We will hold the US wholly accountable for the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by its outrageous actions. The DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) is ready to react to any mode of war desired by the US.”
From the looks of it, it doesn’t seem this tense situation is going to calm down anytime soon. Stay tuned, as we’ll be keeping you posted.
