Trump Claims Fake News Media Out Of Control, Calls Obamacare A Death Spiral
It’s always interesting awaking to see what President Donald Trump has begun his morning with discussing on Twitter and today was… well, like any other day.
One of Trump’s favorite things to discuss has always been the “fake news”/“fake media,” so it’s unsurprising that the media was one of his topics he addressed.
“The Fake News media is officially out of control,” he began. “They will do or say anything in order to get attention – never been a time like this!”
Of course, Trump did commend one network, adding that, “Congratulations to @foxandfriends on its unbelievable ratings hike.”
Trump then wrapped with sharing an article from CNBC entitled Aetna will exit Obamacare markets in VA in 2018, citing expected losses on INDV plans this year and, Trump’s comment about it was, “Death spiral!”
Today, which is the National Day for Prayer, Trump is expected to sign an executive order on religious liberty (which he also shared a video from Fox & Friends about on his Twitter timeline). While there were some early reports it may have negatively impacted the LGBTQ community, later reports claimed that likely wouldn’t be the case. It remains to be seen what exactly will be included in that report.
