Aaron Hernandez May Have Done Drug Prior To Death And Other Bizarre Twist
The Aaron Hernandez suicide (which some are questioning) has yet another new twist.
According to CBS Boston, cops are probing whether the 27-year-old smoked synthetic marijuana such as K2 or “spice” before utilizing a bed sheet that he attached to his cell window to reportedly end his life on Tuesday night. K2 can have negative effects such as psychotic episodes, paranoia and intense hallucinations.
It has also been reported that Hernandez had the bible verse John 3:16 scrawled on his forehead when he was found dead, and red marker pen on his hands and feet.
The verse says that whoever believes in Jesus “shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
Hernandez has always been an outwardly religious person, or at least that’s the image that he liked to project. During his college football career at Florida, he would read the bible with head coach Urban Meyer every morning at 7:30 AM.
Hernandez’s apparent suicide did come as a surprise, considering he had just been acquitted of a double murder five days earlier and was planning to appeal the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd in which he was serving a life sentence without parole.
We will be sure to keep you posted with new developments as they come in.
