EXCLUSIVE: Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria – My Stepsons Won’t Stop Trying to Kick Me Out of Miami Beach Mansion
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria is demanding her lawsuit against her stepsons continue on – despite her pleas to toss her case – in the nasty battle over the $3 million Miami Beach mansion she is currently living her since her husband passed away.
Back in September, Alexia’s husband Herman was found dead in a Miami hotel. Since Herman’s unexpected passing things between Alexia and his son’s Nelson & Herman Echevarria appear to have been rocky.
Recently, Alexia sued her stepsons – Herman accusing them of attempting to steal her Miami Beach mansion and kick her to the curb … despite her prenup with Herman stating she is to be granted the home if he were to pass.
She explains Herman asked her to find a house for them to live in back in 2003 and she did find their Miami Beach mansion worth an estimated $3 million.
Herman had 2 sons from a prior marriage named Herman and Nelson Echevarria – who are the heirs to his estate and co-personal representatives of their father’s probate estate.
Alexia says following her husband’s death her stepsons have been actively trying to take immediate possession of the home for themselves, seize the contents of the property & even threatened to sue her if she didn’t hand over the keys to a Maserati.
She demanded the judge step in and grant her a temporary injunction against her stepsons … seeking to have the court order she has exclusive possession of the home & it’s contents … along with the Maserati, which she claims has always been the car she drove.
Then recently, Herman and Nelson fired back demanding their stepmom be shut down in her attempt to keep the Miami Beach mansion or the Maserati.
Alexia has now headed back to court demanding the judge not allow her stepsons to remove her from the mansion and the contents inside the home. She says they are playing dirty legal games with her lawsuit and she wants the judge to step in and order them to stop … and allow her case to continue on despite her demands to toss it.
