Bristol Palin – Feminists Never Told You to Close Your Legs, Don’t Tell Them Not to March
Sarah Palin’s daughter posted a blog post yesterday entitled, ”3 serious questions for the feminist movement (which is setting us back decades)” in which she said she was embarrassed to be a woman in a generation like this. Bristol Palin wrote, “We can’t vote? We can’t bear arms? We can’t go to school? We can’t work? We don’t have freedom of speech? We have every single opportunity in this great country that anyone else has.”
She added, “As a middle class working mom – wife – and independent woman – this is completely asinine. I’m telling you, dressing like a giant vagina and holding signs that say things like “Do my periods scare you?” is doing NOTHING to help women, and a LOT to hurt them.”
Bristol Palin has been known to shove packaged patriotism down the throats of America since arriving on the public stage. Here she is now – criticizing a woman’s right to protest and discrediting the Women’s March.
The internet is buzzing with outrage over her statements … can’t women just get along? Bristol has a third child on the way and The Dirty is sure she will make a pretty penny from the tabloid coverage. So is it fair for Bristol to judge when her lady parts are the only thing generating revenue.
