EXCLUSIVE: Farrah’s Dad Responds To Kendra Claiming She Doesn’t Want To Be In The Same Room As His Family
Tonight, Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Family Edition premieres on WE TV and, ahead of the premiere, Kendra Wilkinson talked to People and said the following about Farrah Abraham and her family: “I wanted to not be in the same room with them.”
We spoke exclusively with Farrah’s Dad, Michael Abraham, to get his response to what Wilkinson said.
“I personally did not sense that from her,” Michael shared with us. “I spent a lot of time with Kendra when we filmed. My girlfriend Amy and I have always been big fans of Kendra, and like Kendra mentioned that she came into this project with no ‘judgement’ towards anyone, so did Farrah and I.”
“Farrah and I are as real as it gets,” he continued. “We are out with it. We don’t hide or make things up. We are real and so is Farrah and Sophia’s story!
Michael also responded to Wilkinson claiming Farrah’s relationship with her parents “seemed weird,” telling us that, “I can understand that people might think it’s ‘weird.’ I’d say it’s unique.”
“Kendra has Hank, her husband and father of their children,” Michael continued. “Their family is ‘traditional.’ Sophia, my granddaughter, lost her father to a car accident two months before her birth, leaving Farrah a single parent at a vey young age.”
“Kendra does not know or understand that type of family dynamic or issues that come with it,” he added, “so over the years, Debra and I had this non-traditional divorce relationship so we can help our daughter and granddaughter. Yes. it is for most hard to understand let alone accept our actions and the family tensions and issues that result from it.”
“I know there will be many “shockers” and items exposed about all the families when the episodes air,” he wrapped with telling us. “I guess everyone including myself will have to see why Kendra did not want to be in the same room with us.”
Make sure to tune into the show tonight at 9 PM EST.
