EXCLUSIVE: Milo Yiannopoulos- Simon and Schuster Knows They Messed Up
While Milo Yiannopoulos went through some hard times when Simon and Schuster pulled his book and he ended up resigning from Brietbart News, Yiannopoulos is ready to be back on top. Recently, he announced his book Dangerous, which Simon and Schuster pulled, was going to end up being released on his publishing imprint, Dangerous Books. We talked with Yiannopoulos about the book, his opinions on some controversial topics, and what we can expect to see him doing in the future.
“It feels fantastic!” Yiannopoulos began with detailing to us on how it feels to see Dangerous getting published after Simon and Schuster pulled it. “DANGEROUS is at the top of the Amazon charts, exactly where it belongs. The relaunch of DANGEROUS is a wonderful memory I will hold in my heart forever. I told a guy the same thing last weekend, but I really mean it about my book.”
“My publishing imprint, Dangerous Books, is publishing DANGEROUS in its full and uncut state,” he continued. “Simon & Schuster attempted so many cuts they ought to have renamed the book SAFE, and replaced me with an unfunny woman comedian as the author.”
So what would he say to Simon and Schuster now?
“Simon & Schuster knows they messed up,” Yiannopoulos explained. “They let their own politics, and the politics of the hysterical crybabies they publish, get in the way of the world’s best business decision — publishing DANGEROUS. I will admit that I relish rubbing some salt in the wound by suing them for breach of contract.”
We also were curious what Yiannopoulos felt people will be most shocked to read in the book. He told us that, “The leftists who think the faculty and students of Evergreen State University are paragons of virtue want the public to believe this is a book of hatred and violence. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is a book of facts and humor, but the shocking part for readers will be how in touch they become with my emotional side.”
“What is truly dangerous about my book is not anything I say in particular,” he elaborated, “but the effect it will have on any reader who is not yet completely zombified by political correctness. This is the left’s worst nightmare, and the reason every high school student in America should read DANGEROUS before going to college.”
