EXCLUSIVE: Rapper Young Dro – Narrowly Avoids 15 Years in Prison, Hit with 3 Years’ Probation over Drug Charges
The Dirty can exclusively reveal rapper Young Dro scored a huge break in the criminal case where he was facing up to 15 years in prison …. with a Georgia judge going easy on the rapper and sentencing him to only probation.
Last year, the rapper had a series of legal troubles that resulted in multiple arrests. One of the arrest took place in June where he was taken in custody for possession of marijuana, open alcohol container, failure to obey stop sign, driving on a suspended license and a charge for sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs.
Then on March 16th, a final hearing was held in his criminal case where the rapper was sentenced by the judge … narrowly avoiding being hit with a 15-year prison sentence for the charges. The judge went easy on Dro and cut him a break by not sending him to prison for even a day. Instead he ordered him to complete 3 years’ probation.
Dro can breathe a little easier with this case coming to an end … but he still has various other legal troubles to handle in the near future.
