EXCLUSIVE: T.I. – Facing More Financial Troubles, Accused of Refusing to Pay Up on Georgia Mansion Bills
The Dirty can exclusively reveal T.I. has been hit with three liens accusing him of refusing to pay up on his bills related to his Georgia mansion … adding to the rapper’s rocky couple months – being hit with divorce papers and the IRS on the hunt for millions in unpaid taxes.
According to official records, T.I. – real name Clifford Harris – was recently hit with 3 separate liens by Georgia.
The first lien is for unpaid solid waste bill in the amount of $472.89 but has grown with interest and fees $525.17.
The second lien is for unpaid taxes for a total of $112.42 and the third lien accuses the rapper of refusing to pay further taxes in the amount of $337.93. The grand total for all three comes to $975.52. The liens have been slapped against T.I.’s property … which means he cannot sell his pad without the unpaid debt being paid off.
The minor financial issues wouldn’t be too big of a deal …. if the rapper hadn’t already had a rough couple months … being hit with divorce papers from his wife Tiny … several former employees of his ATL restaurant filing multiple class action lawsuits …. and the IRS accusing him of owing over $4.5 million in back taxes which has yet to be paid off.
