EXCLUSIVE: Vince Neil – Alleged Assault Victim Drags Rocker’s Long History of Drunken Violence into Legal Battle
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Vince Neil’s alleged assault victim has headed to court demanding the rocker’s long history of legal troubles – usually while drunken and out-of-control – be allowed into the case to prove he has a pattern of violence.
Kelly Guerrero sued Neil following an incident outside the Aria Hotel in Vegas. She approached the rock-star for an autograph when he allegedly grabbed her hair from behind and pulled her to the ground. Actor Nic Cage was with Neil at the time and tried to calm him down.
Neil fired back at the woman’s lawsuit and placing the blame solely on her for any alleged injured she suffered. He believes she caused and contributed to any damage she suffered and he demanded the suit be thrown out.
Then on March 17th, Guerrero blasted the rocker in court docs accusing him of being under the influence of powerful drugs or severely intoxicated during the attack.
She points out his long history of legal troubles … saying in the 80’s he crashed his car and killed a passenger, multiple arrests in the early 2000’s for assault on a record producer, another incident with a sex worker, another with a sound man, a DUI arrest, 2nd DUI arrest and even accused of domestic violence in 2011.
Further, she says Neil’s attack on her is one part of an ongoing pattern and practice of drunken, out-of-control violent and dangerous conduct which he has escaped responsibility for due to his wealth and celebrity. In the docs she reveals the amount she is seeking $77,488 in medical bills along with $165,187.94 in lost wages.
