EXCLUSIVE: Ex-NFL star Greg Hardy – Car Company Demands $133k Extra in Legal Battle over Unpaid Bentley and Ferrari Bills
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Ex-NFL star Greg Hardy is being blasted in the legal battle over accusations he defaulted on his Bentley and Ferrari car payments … and now the leasing company suing is demanding an additional $133k in damages for a grant total of $330k they are seeking in their suit.
Last year, Hardy was sued by Second City Leasing over allegedly blowing off payments for his leased luxury cars … to the tune of $200k.
The company explained Hardy leased a white 2013 Bentley GT and a white 2012 Ferrari California. Hardy was accused of not making a payment on either lease since June 2016, despite demands for payment. They sued demanding $200,736.82 in damages + interest.
The ex-NFL star headed to court and fired back at Second City Leasing. He demanded the entire case be tossed arguing the company has no evidence to back up their claims. Further, he denied he defaulted on his leases for the luxury automobiles.
Then recently, Second City Leasing filed an amended complaint and they have updated the amount of damages they are seeking from Hardy.
The newly filed complaint is now seeking a total of $333,952.28 – for the $170,789.89 owed on the Bentley lease and $161,162.39 owed on the lease for his Ferrari + interest and other fees.
Hardy has yet to respond to the amended lawsuit.
