The Dirty can exclusively reveal Jessica Alba’s beauty company, The Honest Company, has been slapped with a $5 million dollar class action lawsuit … with customers accusing the company of ripping them off.
A woman named Chelsea Grey filed a class action lawsuit against The Honest Company. She accuses the beauty company of cheating customers by under filling bottles of their Honest-brand soap. She believes all customers who bought Alba’s product were injured due to them being screwed out of 10% less soap than they were promised on the label.
Grey – who is suing on behalf of all customers – is demanding no less than $5 million dollars in damages from Alba’s company.
The Honest Company – which has been valued at $1 billion dollars – has a history of class action suits with angry customers … having recently settled another case earlier this year.
