EXCLUSIVE: Kodak Black – I Didn’t Violate Terms of House Arrest with Strip Club Visit, Argues his Visit Was Work-Related
The Dirty can exclusively reveal rapper Kodak Black is firing back at allegations he violating his house arrest terms by taking a trip to a local strip club … saying he wasn’t there to throw dollar bills … rather he was the one there making money.
Back in February, the rapper was arrested for violating the terms of his probation while on house arrest. The judge threw him behind bars for not following the court order. The violations included allegedly failing to complete a program for anger management and leaving his house twice without permission from his probation officer. One of the unauthorized trips was to nearby strip club.
The probation officer claimed the rapper left his home numerous times during his house arrest … one time to the strip club, Club Climaxx, and another time was discovered due to boxer Adrien Bonner posting on social media a photo with Kodak taken not inside his home.
Then on March 27th, Kodak’s lawyers filed docs in the case listing the witnesses they may call to testify in court to back up the rapper. The terms of his house arrest allowed the rapper to leave his home for work if approved by the P.O. The rapper is arguing his strip club trip and hanging with boxer Adrien Bonner were both work-related. He’s ready to present evidence of his performance contract with Club Climaxx and contract for a boxing match where Bonner was present.
Included on the list are 3 managers who were present with Kodak at the strip club, his mother Marcelline, godmother Ritha and his security.
