EXCLUSIVE: ‘Lucifer’ star Rachael Harris – Ex-Nanny Drops Legal Battle Over Her Month From Hell While Working with Actress
‘Lucifer’ star Rachael Harris’ ex-nanny has dropped the lawsuit against the actress – in which she portrayed the actress as the boss from hell – with the former employee recently heading to court to drop her case.
Former nanny, Davy Salley-Rumph, sued over the month from hell in which she was employed by the actress.
The ex-employee claimed Rachael hired her to take care of her kid for 2 months. Everything was fine until the actress started ordering the woman to work 12-24 hour days, 6-7 days a week. The nanny said the actress never gave her overtime pay or breaks during the employment.
Rachael was blasted in the lawsuit for firing the nanny for no reason and refusing to pay out for the 5 weeks left on the deal. The ex-nanny sued for the entire amount of back pay and overtime owed for her work and interest.
The actress had yet to respond to the allegations she was the boss from hell.
Then on January 3rd, docs were filed in the case by the ex-employee in which she will be dismissing all claims against Rachael over the hours and hours of back pay and overtime. She explains she is throwing out the entire case without the option to refile it at a later date … which makes one think an out of court settlement is more than likely to have gone down.
