EXCLUSIVE: NFL star Nigel Bradham – I Didn’t Assault South Beach Hotel Worker over Beach Chairs
The Dirty can exclusively reveal NFL star Nigel Bradham is firing back at the South Beach hotel worker who accused him of violently assaulting him over beach chairs last year and he’s demanding the man present evidence of his claims … along with demanding the suit be thrown out.
Last year, Bradham was charged with felony battery for allegedly punching a hotel work back in July 2016 … where it’s alleged he got violent with a South Beach hotel worker who was setting up his beach chairs and umbrella. He plead not guilty but the charges carry up to 15 years in prison.
The 50-year-old hotel worker, Jean Courtois, then sued Bradham for assault seeking unspecified damages.
He described the incident saying the NFL star became irate over the location of the chairs … which lead to him striking him in the head with a closed hand, violently tackling him to the ground, punching him over and over in the nose, cheek, eye and mouth … resulting in a broken nose along with having to undergo 2 surgeries.
Now, Bradham is firing back at the hotel worker’s civil lawsuit demanding it be thrown out of court … saying he never assaulted the man over his beach chairs. The NFL star denies each and every allegation of assault and battery against Jean Courtois. He also demands proof of the alleged injuries the hotel worker says he suffered.
Nigel Bradham is demanding the suit be thrown out and the man not be awarded a dime from his complaint.
