EXCLUSIVE: RHOC star Lynne Curtin – To Testify in $10 Mill O.C. Sheriff Rape Trial, Daughter to Call Mom to Stand
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin will be called to the stand in court to testify in the upcoming trial over allegations her daughter was raped by an O.C. Sheriff.
Last year, Alexa sued claiming while pulled over for a traffic violation back in 2014, an Orange County Sheriff officer named Deputy Caropino ordered him to straddle her and proceeded to rape her in the car. She claimed to follow orders out of fear for her safety. Once he finished the officer allegedly asked for her cell number.
The County of Orange blasted the lawsuit saying the reality star consented to any alleged acts demanding it be throw out. Caropino recently fired back claiming Alexa caused her own injuries and denied he raped her.
The parties are both preparing for the upcoming trial. Earlier today, Alexa filed docs in the case explaining who she will be calling to the stand to testify.
Alexa will be calling her mother Lynne Curtin to testify about the allegations in the case and likely questions on her daughter’s behavior following the incident. Along with her mother Alexa plans to call her father Frank (who has been estranged from Lynne for years).
Lynne and Frank will both be grilled in court for over an hour by Alexa’s lawyer and the defendants.
The list also includes Caropino’s ex-wife … who is listed as a witness for Alexa … meaning she clearly has information that the reality star believes will help her win the case.
