Ron Howard Talks If Movie Premieres Are At Risk After Manchester Attack
This week was an extremely sad one news wise with the attack that occurred in Manchester during the Ariana Grande concert.
Since this horrific event, it makes sense that one of the topics on everyone’s mind is event safety.
When the paparazzi caught up with actor/filmmaker Ron Howard, they were curious as to his thoughts on if movie premieres were at risk after the Manchester attack.
“Every high profile event has to be secure,” Howard explained.
“Some event spaces are easier to secure than others,” he continued. “They have more experience securing them.”
“Movie premieres have always been reliably secure,” Howard added. “It’s all happening so fast that I think that’s probably a factor.”
With such a horrific event as the Manchester one, it would make sense to think that every major event space will now be re-examining their security protocol. It’s truly a sad way to have to live, but it is an unfortunate reality of today’s times.
