EXCLUSIVE: Sarah Palin’s Son Track – Counter-Sues His Ex-Girlfriend In Nasty Fight Over 3-Month-Old Son
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Sarah Palin’s son Track Palin is firing back at his baby mama in her legal battle demanding full custody of their newborn son …. and he has filed a counter-suit against his ex-girlfriend pleading the court not side with her in the nasty battle over their 3-month-old.
Last month The Dirty broke the news that Jordan Loewe, Track’s baby mama, filed for full custody of their 3-month-old son claiming she feared for their son’s safety. She demanded the judge not award Track any custody of Charlie Mitchell Palin and wanted a court order stating she can decide when he gets visitation.
Track was arrested nearly a year ago after he allegedly assaulted his baby mama at his parent’s home. He was charged with assault, interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime and possessing a weapon while intoxicated. Recently, he reached a plea deal where he agreed to complete alcohol treatment and enter a therapeutic program to deal with his PTSD. Sarah Palin famously spoke out about her son’s arrest blaming President Obama’s policies towards veterans saying her son suffered from PTSD.
Following her custody petition, Loewe filed for an order of protection in Alaska Court. The type of action is listed as domestic violence on the court docket. It’s unclear what she alleged against Track, but the judge sided with her by granting her a short term order of protection prohibiting him from coming near her or their son.
A hearing has been set for later this month for Loewe to argue her case for a long term protection order. Then on January 17th, Track headed to court and counter-sued his baby mama for custody of their newborn. He filed a confidential answer and counter-claim against Lowe in her battle for full custody of their son.
The court records show Track filed a preemptory disqualification of the judge presiding over the case and two days later a notice of change of judge was filed … with the suit being reassigned to another judge per Palin’s request. Track also filed a opposition to his baby mama’s motion for interim custody – in which she was seeking the court to award her custody until the outcome of the case.
Lowe has yet to respond to Track’s counter-suit in Alaska Court.
