EXCLUSIVE: The Game – Accuses Jury Members Of Having Personal Vendetta Against Him

The Dirty can exclusively reveal The Game is blasting the jury members who socked him with the $7.1 million judgement – in the legal battle accusing him of sexual assault – with the rapper accusing them of having a personal vendetta against him.

As previously reported exclusively by The Dirty, A woman named Priscilla Rainey – who was a contestant on the VH1 dating reality show, “She’s Got Game” – filed suit against rapper The Game for $10 million dollars. She accused him of sexually assaulting her during filming.

The rapper blasted the allegations as nothing but lies. However, the jury saw things differently and awarded Rainey $7.1 million in damages after 4 days of trial.

On January 18th, The Game headed back to court arguing his motion to throw out the $7.1 million verdict thrown out or for the judge to reduce the massive amount. He explains he planned on showing up for the court trial … but he underwent emergency surgery and was unable to make his flight. Due to the judge not moving the date, he never got the opportunity to defend himself against the allegations in front of the jury and was thus unfair.

The Game believes, “The jury‘s verdict was against the weight of the evidence and rendered based on their―fevered imaginings or personal vendettas” against him.

He argues Rainey wasn’t too upset after the alleged incident because three days later she was back filming the reality show … and can be seen on camera flirting with the Defendant, giving him massages, goading him into spanking her and exposing herself to him.

The rapper is asking the judge to throw out $7.1 million verdict. He has yet to make a decision.
