UPDATE: Ex-NFL Star Chad Johnson Being Kicked Out Of Florida Mansion

Nik, update on ex-NFL star Chad Johnson now being kicked out of his Florida mansion – the scene of his infamous domestic violence arrest – due to the ex-NFL star being hit with a new lawsuit accusing him of refusing to make his home payments for months and the bank is tired of waiting around and want the judge to sign off of them foreclosing on his property ASAP!

Back in July, Chad listed his Florida mansion for $2 million dollars – the same home where he was arrested for domestic violence against his then-wife Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada – in a secret real estate listing that doesn’t disclose the address back in mid-July. The 6,824 sq. ft., 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom mansion located in Davie, FL is in an exclusive gated community and features a theater room, home office, waterfalls, built in aquariums in family room and master suite, basketball court, gazebo with fire pit etc.

Johnson purchased the home back in 2005 for $1,365,714 … which would be a nice profit if he gets the asking price. Then in August, Chad slashed the asking price by $150k and then with no buyers the following month he dropped it by another $100k… with the current sale price at $1,750,000. Now the ex-NFL star is currently in the middle of 2 legal battles over a Miami home he bought for his baby mama… with both suits demanding the property be foreclosed on and sold off at public auction.

Chad might not be too worried about the other lawsuits since he doesn’t live in that home in question however, now things are starting to look a little scary for him since he has been slapped with ANOTHER foreclosure suit — only this time they are coming for his biggest asset — the Davie, FL mansion he has owned for years. On December 8th, HSBC Bank USA slapped Chad with a brand new lawsuit demanding the court allow him to foreclosure on his pad due to him owing them over $750k in principal on his mortgage.

The bank explains Chad took out a $999,999 loan to purchase the mansion back in 2005. They accuse him of defaulting on the loan and say hasn’t made a single payment since July 1st of this year. Per the terms of the loan, the bank is allowed to demand the full amount owed on the mortgage if Chad defaulted on his payments. He currently owes a total of $759,411.98 in principal plus interest. HSBC Bank is demanding the judge allow them to foreclosure on his property and sell the mansion to the highest bidder at public auction… with the proceeds going towards the massive debt Chad owes them!
