EXCLUSIVE: NBA star Nick Young – I Didn’t Beat Down Man During Church League Basketball Game
The Dirty can exclusively reveal Nick Young is firing back at the man suing him for allegedly beating him up so hard he suffered a concussion – during a church league basketball game – and demanding the suit be tossed out of court blaming the man for any injuries he suffered.
Back in November, Young was sued by Luis Solis who accused the NBA star of violently beating him up during a basketball game at church. Solia explained he was playing in a church league basketball game at Shepherd of the Hills church in Porter Ranch in August. He was playing against the Lakers star when he believed Solis fouled him and the ref failed to call it.
The NBA star became enraged at the situation and after not getting the foul called he began beating Solis up so hard he fell to the ground … followed by Nick’s teammates joining in the assault and kicking him while he was on the ground. Solis sued for unspecified damages for the injuries he suffered including a concussion.
Then on February 2nd, Nick fired back at the allegations he assaulted Solis last year. The NBA star denies the man suffered any injuries, loss or damage by an act of his. Nick says if any injuries were incurred it was at the hands of others not within his control.
Nick places the blame solely on the man for his injuries saying there were sustained due to Solis own negligence and intentional conduct … and says he knew the risks of the situation beforehand. The Lakers star is demanding the entire lawsuit be thrown out and Solis not be awarded a dime from his lawsuit.
